A good vineyard team is crucial in today’s environment. We have thirty five full and part time field workers, two foremen, one supervisor, two administrative staff members and a vineyard manager. The team works together to provide the highest possible organic and sustainable farming practices available in the Napa and Sonoma Valleys. We also utilize several consultants to augment our operation in trying to achieve the optimum quality for our vineyards.
